Cookie policy
We describe the technologies the site actually uses (including local browser storage) and how they connect to your choices. This is operational transparency, not a substitute for tailored legal advice, and it reflects the stack at the last update.
What stays on without optional consent
Core delivery uses session state for the entry experience, a local store for your cookie choice, and the boutique cart (slugs and quantities) as required for that flow. The preloader is UX-only and does not profile you.
Storing your preferences (first party)
We keep `oe_cookie_consent_v1` in `localStorage` (version, necessary/analytics/third-party flags, update timestamp) so the site can honour your answer. [TO BE CONFIRMED: optional auto-expiry policy.]
What the site may load today (summary)
• `olivier:preloader:seen` (sessionStorage): preloader, session only. • `oe_boutique_cart` (localStorage): cart, product slugs and quantities; needed for the checkout experience. • Vercel Web Analytics: only if you enable Analytics in preferences. • Vercel Speed Insights: same as analytics consent. • Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js, property G-GS8GEPE5HC): usage statistics, only with Analytics consent; processing by Google under its policies. • Google Maps (iframe on Contact): only with Third-party / dedicated action; you can use an external link instead. • Treatwell embed (Book): only with third-party consent or in a new tab via link. • `wa.me` links do not set a site cookie; opening them moves the conversation to Meta/WhatsApp’s environment. • Optional boutique order backup e-mail, if the controller enables Resend: message is relayed to the controller; not a browser cookie but a processor to list in this privacy notice.
Third parties, analytics and embeds
Vercel analytics, Google Analytics, Google Maps and Treatwell may use their own cookies or processing. We only activate them in line with your choice, except strictly technical operations and simple outbound links in the browser.
Changing your mind
Use the first-visit banner or the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer. You can also clear site data in the browser; this resets preferences and any locally kept cart data.
Future changes
If we add further tools (for example Google Ads, Meta Pixel, newsletters or other marketing), we will update this information and the consent experience before they load.
